For a large corporate, we created a full vegetarian menu with 3-Michelin star Chef Jacob Jan Boerma.
A leading role for vegetables, but at top level. With a vegetarian cocktail with curry and lime marshmallow, ravioli of mushrooms with truffle, different textures of pumpkin with vadouvan and spices and citrus with mandarin and aloe vera, we sure did exceed the expectations of all guests.
Unique: a complete vegetarian menu at Michelin star level. Several seasonal ingredients of top quality with various methods of preparation together formed a mouth-watering menu. By using unique flavor combinations, fresh herbs and special spices, it became a menu that was talked about for a long time.
